ROCK SOLID RENTALS is a specialist property management company focused on providing a quality property management service. Residential property management is our core business – we are not a real estate company with a commission selling mentality.
We can help you with all aspects of property management and investment but we will not push you to buy a rental property we are selling (as we don’t sell property). We provide you with independent advice and explore the investment property options that work best for you.
Some of the big players have hundreds of properties to manage. You cannot provide a quality service when your resources are stretched thin… your property owners and tenants (who provide your rental income) become "just another number".
